Scope of services
FirstForward LLC provides printer setup, installation, driver configuration, network connection, troubleshooting, routine care, and related support services. The service scope, delivery method, and any authorized amount are confirmed in the applicable quote, work order, invoice, or service agreement.
Customer information and access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, describing the issue reasonably, and supplying the access, credentials, equipment, or information needed to perform the agreed work. If required access or information is not provided, we may be unable to diagnose or complete the requested service.
Remote service
For remote services, you authorize FirstForward LLC to access your device or systems only as needed to perform the agreed service. We encourage you to remain available during the session and to raise any concern promptly.
Service delivery and acceptance
We will perform the agreed service using reasonable care. After delivery, customers may review the completed work or report a concern using our contact information. A service may include a practical print, scan, connection, or functionality check where appropriate.
Payments and authorized charges
Customers are responsible only for the amount authorized for the described service. We will not process a charge beyond an authorized amount unless the customer separately approves the additional amount in writing or electronically. Payment-card details should be provided only through an approved secure payment process.
Third-party and system conditions
FirstForward LLC is not responsible for later issues caused by third-party software updates, hardware failure, internet interruptions, power events, account-access changes, or network changes occurring after service delivery, unless a separate written service commitment states otherwise.
Refunds and billing questions
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. For support, billing, or refund questions, please contact us promptly at FirstForwardLLC@gmail.com and include the customer name, work order, ticket, or invoice reference and a short description of the issue.
Records, changes, and applicable rights
We may retain service agreements, invoices, work-order records, service-delivery records, and relevant communications to respond accurately to support and billing questions. Any change to a confirmed service arrangement must be agreed in writing or electronically. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
